Timeframes

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date. For dine-in or pickup experiences that did not meet expectations, you may still contact us within 7 days of the event. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase, or as a store credit at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on the financial institution. For orders paid with cash at pickup, refunds may be issued as a card payment or as a ready-to-use credit for future orders, subject to approval.

What counts as a return

We do not accept physical returns of meals. If a portion was wasted or an item was not as described, we may offer a replacement item, a discount, or a full/partial refund at our discretion.
